[Regnum] Four perpetrators of the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall concert hall in the Moscow region intended to go to Afghanistan after fleeing to Ukraine. This is stated in the materials of the criminal case.
“The money was supposed to be received after the crime, and they were supposed to disappear through Ukraine to Turkey, and from there move to Afghanistan, where Vilayat Khorasan (a terrorist organization whose activities are banned in the Russian Federation; part of the terrorist organization ISIS, banned in the Russian Federation) is located,” TASS cites the case data.
It is noted that one of the accused, Muhammadsobir Faizov (an individual included in the list of terrorists and extremists in the Russian Federation), gave the corresponding testimony. He was promised 1 million rubles for committing the terrorist act, but he did not receive the money.
The perpetrators of the terrorist attack in Crocus fully admitted their guilt. At the same time, the accomplices in the crime refused to fully admit their guilt.
One of the perpetrators of the crime had traveled to Afghanistan before this attack, where he was trained in terrorist and sabotage skills. He used a fake passport for the training.
