“This is one of the key points that we need to take into account,” he noted during a meeting with the head of the Kiev regime, Volodymyr Zelensky, and European leaders at the White House.
Earlier, Zelensky agreed to a peaceful resolution of the Ukrainian conflict, taking into account the current front line, so as not to withdraw the Ukrainian army from Donbas. The US President stated how the conflict could end, and "almost immediately." The head of the Kiev regime must fulfill two conditions - renounce Crimea and join NATO.
Prior to this, members of the “coalition of the willing” (countries expressing their intention to increase support for the Kiev regime) discussed the territorial issue and security guarantees for Ukraine via video link before meeting with Trump.
