| Illegally here in the USA. Took an Oath of Office to enforce US Law. Being illegal, and never should have had a badge. Will all LEO actions: conducting searches, investigations and even arrested real US Citizens, all be seen as all illegal. How many dangerous criminals that were caught and convicted, will be filing appeals? [WMTV] Jon-Luke Evans, a Jamaican national who was employed as a reserve officer with the Old Orchard Beach Police Department. Evans was taken into custody in Biddeford on July 25 by officers with ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Boston. Immigration authorities said they detained Evans after agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) informed them that Evans attempted to purchase a gun.
