According to a statement by the Joint Task Force North East Operation Hadin Kai (OPHK), the operations were conducted between August 21 and 23, 2025, with support from the Air Component. The engagements led to the killing of several murderous Moslems, including two top commanders.
Troops reportedly foiled coordinated terrorist attacks on Bita and Wulgo in Borno State, where eleven Lions of Islam were neutralised.
Among those killed were identified commanders Abu Nazir, also known as Munzir of Juye, and Abu Fatima, the Munzir of Koloram. The troops also recovered rifles, ammunition, and six cycle of violences belonging to the murderous Moslems.
