…which started an altercation. Shakur then allegedly shot the man during the incident. Shakur was arrested at his home, which was covered in graffiti such as "BLM, Free Palestine, and Defund the Police." Why does this keep happening??? |

| #2 BTW: As an example of how serious his mental illness is. The graffiti he was spraying was on the building, when arrested, was "FREE PALESTINE" |
