#3 Those that truly want to integrate will obey the cultural norms and this won't be an issue. Those that don't are invaders and need removed from the country. Preferably by dropping them over their old one at 15,000ft.

As a philosopher once said, "They don't think it be like it is, but it do".

It may sound mean at first, but think of the ban like the sign on a carnival ride: "You must be *this* tall to ride". To participate in Swiss cultural life, you must be *this* cultured. Come back when you've grown up a bit.
