on the good side, there is a chance that the Mideast itself will undergo a big change with Gaza under rule by Egypt and the UAE, the Houthis destroyed and Iran's economy collapsed and maybe even the mullahs kicked out

#3 Nonetheless, Israel does need to be prepared to separate from, and punish, those who choose to be her enemies, wielding the non-military weapons she has at her disposal against those who ‘til now have wielded theirs against her with impunity.

The EU and Britain, for instance, have been acquiring Israeli tech — both items and companies — while insulting Israel, withholding the weapons and parts needed to rearm, undermining her on the world stage, and allowing their Jewish citizens to be placed increasingly at risk while piously proclaiming “Never Again”. Including outlawing religious circumcision and banning kosher slaughter — and even the importation of kosher meat — on spurious moral grounds.
