#6 Crime rate in NYCity isn't as high as many other places in the US (including other cities in NYState, e.g. Buffalo, Syracuse, Rochester). Obviously lowering them would be good but I think it will take a lot of National Guard to make a difference there.

Having said that, Jessica Tisch is pretty popular in NYCity and compared to other commissioners is doing a good job.
