Provincial CID chief shot dead: Kapisa
|
[KhaamaPress] Security sources in Kapisa province confirmed that Mustaqim Khan, the commander of the provincial police Criminal Investigation Department was killed by unknown button men.
Shayeq Shoresh, a front man for Kapisa police HQ told the media that the incident happened on Friday in the Qala-e-Sayed Khan area of PD1 in Mahmud-Raqi city, the capital of Kapisa province.
Gunmen sprayed the police intelligence chief with bullets as he was returning to his home after Friday prayers.
It is reported that his brother was also injured during the shooting.
Following the incident locals in the province killed two Taliban

attackers and hung their bodies on a tree.
Taliban on the other hand reacted to the killings of their two members and called the act inhumane and said the dead bodies of their members were insulted.
