Israel said to be preparing for possible long-range rocket launches by Hezbollah

Last I saw, Hezbollah has a stockpile of about 150,000 rockets and missiles of greater or lesser accuracy. It could be more now. On the other hand, years ago the IDF had a seriously detailed map of all the sites where Hezbollah had them stored. So if the IDF really gets stuck in, the secondaries should be visible from orbit.

#2 Hezbollah’s tunnels were considerably more expensive, too — as I understand it they are burrowed through solid rock instead of sandy soil. And every dollar spent burrowing is a money not spent on men and matériel.
