They've always said that their own state, with or without a so-called permanent ceasefire, will be the stepping-stone to Israel's final elimination.

If they have a state, they can sign a mutual "defense" pact with Iran, and/or Venezuela, and/or Qatar, and/or South Africa, and/or Algeria and/or Norway and/or Turkey and/or Pakistan and/or China -- and that will be game , set, match.

As an Iranian satrapy they already have — and have exercised, to the best of their ability — mutual attack with Iran, Hezbollah, the Houthis, and paid Iranian assets in the West Bank, all since 10/8/2023. And before, too, but that doesn’t need to be said.

Gaza has had complete home rule since Ariel Sharon pulled the settlers out in 2006, and then Hamas drove out the PA as well as winning that last election in both the West Bank and Gaza — which the PA ignored in the West Bank, where they are still holding on by their fingernails (they would lose even more badly to Hamas now, which is why, despite repeated promises, they have not held an election since).

What can the other countries on your list do other than fuss in international fora, which they already do constantly? I’m not up on matters military, but I’m not aware that any of them have expeditionary forces capable of fighting that far away. What else am I missing?

#3 Well, I am no expert , myself, on such matters -- but it is my understanding that an internationally recognized nation can , eg, host a contingent of Pakistanis for the purpose of building missiles armed with nuclear warheads.

And any country can sign a mutual defense pact with any other willing country ---> then, as with NATO #5, an attack on one is an attack on all. So that the next "terrorist attack" or kidnapping would lead directly to military onslaught against Israel.

An independent state would be able to legally base thousands of IRGC's and NK or Cuban mercenaries presumably on the border w Israel.

An independent state would be able to legally accept gazillions of $$$$ -- which would inevitably be used for the purpose of tunnel re-building etc etc etc

Again, I am aware that I am no expert on these matters. I mean, if Hamas has made a solemn promise to Antony Blinken or to the UN I supppose there'd be nothing to worry about/s.
